Technical Writer: Axon Development Corporation
I prepare the online documentation for Axon's integrated trucking and accounting software program.
- Work with staff (programmers, trainers, customer support) to identify customer needs and understand how the program works
- Develop the format and structure for the documentation
- Update and add new sections as required
- Prepare the documentation in a user-friendly format (checklists, step-by-step instructions)
